Helping New members Develop and Flourish Beyond Orientation

Everyone has opinions.  Everyone has ideas.  Everyone has concerns and reservations.  Not everyone is voluntarily forthcoming with their thoughts and ideas.  Club leadership needs to have the benefit of member creativity and feedback, and members need to know that their ideas are sought after, welcomed, and appreciated.  Active mentorship, appropriate committee assignments, ongoing consultation and development all contribute to a continuous process of strengthening and growth.  This session will focus on the first two to three years of Rotary membership.
