Once again, our Community Service event had an impact on food insecurity. Ten Club members and ten spouses, friends, relatives and a student worked on Sunday, April 26 for a Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) food packing project.  FMSC provides nutritionally balanced meals to people around the world.  Each meal packet contains protein, vitamins and carbohydrates.

This event was sponsored by Incarnation Church and our team worked with many other groups and individuals to pack the meals.  The Feed My Starving Children website states that 1 in 10 children work in order to help feed their families. This means that these kids don’t go to school or participate in the fun of being a child.
