March 3 marks our first meeting at the club's new meeting location, Flaherty's Arden Bowl, on the north side of County Road E in Arden Hills between Snelling and Lexington Avenues.  Please enter using the west door to Flaherty's.  You can park in the small lot on the west side of the building (across from McDonald's) or in the much larger lot on the north side of the building.  The new location was necessitated due to the growth in club membership which exceeded the capacity of the meeting room at Shore 96.  Thanks to Paul Bartyzal, Anoop Mathur and Joe Ziskovsky for moving the club property to the new location.  Joe is also repairing the club flag poles for the US and Minnesota flags.

At the March 3 meeting members will vote on whether to amend the club's bylaws to provide for the office of president-elect nominee and to clarify who attends and votes at the meetings of the club's board of directors.

Tony Turgeon was welcomed into the club at the February 25 meeting.  Tony is the fifth person to join the club since February, 2019.  Other members who have joined in the last year are Andy Thomas, Anoop Mathur, Dave Newman and Maryna Dow.  Please make sure our newest members always feel welcome at meetings and service projects by greeting them by name and talking with them.

Paul Bartyzal, Glenn & Pam Bowers, Stephanie Cosgrove, Bill Kiehnbaum, Dave Newman and Joe Ziskovsky packed snack packs for school kids at the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf February 25.  Ken Hola, Colleen Lavin, Tony Turgeon, Mike Spellman and I distributed bottled water and poured Fulton's beer at the Taste of Shoreview February 20.  March 3 volunteers will meet at Bridging in Roseville for the March monthly community service project.
