Hyper local marketing is designed to drive quality traffic to websites to improve profit at a reasonable cost. She talked about the importance of forming local partnerships between businesses and non-profit organizations that can benefit both parties. She also touched on CTV's role in assisting these partnerships and their goal to bring information and quality video content to the cities that they serve.  She also reviewed some upcoming programming that is planned.
